A dude rolled up on me at a 7-11 saying that he needed to get food for his pregnant wife. I felt like paying it forward. I left and went about my errands.
20 minutes later I drive by the same 7-11 and see this fool carrying a 12 pack of Icehouse.
That was in 2000. That was the last time I ever have a homeless person money.

$20. Homeless guy asked me for some food money right outside a grocery store. I told him to come on inside and I would buy him whatever drink he wanted.
He grabbed an apple juice that was on sale for $1. We get to the register and I paid with a $20. The cashier hands back my change and I let dude have it. Prayed for dude and left.
