It will. The L train going to Manhattan in the morning and evening rush hour is already packed. The dominoes effect this will have on other subway lines(like the 7) wil be crazy. The 7 train going into Manhattan will look like something straight out of China.
I can only imagine. I'm in New York often through out the year, so the L train is definitely clutch when I'm moving. At least that shyt is starting in a few years.

no it isnt. It's the only train that goes to Canarsie.
I live in Canarsie and ride the L line regularly, most people will just transfer at Broadway Junction rather in Manhattan to go to Midtown... well the part of Midtown where all the jobs are at least.

The current L line has high turnover at Broadway Junction, a LOT of people that got on in Caransie/East New York stops get off at Broadway Junction in the mornings and vice versa in the evenings.
