Last time I had a blast in a regular club was 2016 at Rose Bar in DC :wow: one thing to add is at some point the strip club became more fun than the regular club, open later, DJ better and even the regular girls would be twerking they ass off in there. I still remember Club Onyx nights in philly :wow:

I used to DJ at college 2008-9 and the music in general was geared towards fun, now everyone sliding on opps and smashing OPP like damn regular folks need representation too :damn:

Feel bad for youngins now. When they get older they won’t have artists they grew up listening to performing songs that match their current status in life.

I’m 42, I ain’t trying to stand up all day at a concert to hear about murder and being a dope fiend. The Earth Wind and Fire, Maze, Mint Condition, Boys II Men type artists will be long gone.

They will know nothing of the joy of seeing The Whispers at a casino after you just filled up on all you can eat crab legs. :ohlawd:

:salute:

If we're being honest I think the culture in general has been on a decline for a while now.

I thought I was just an nostalgic old head, but I straight up asked some youngins in my family what movies/comedies/music/tv is hot right now and wasn't getting much undeniable black excellence like I used to see :yeshrug:
