The NAACP is the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People it was made for african americans and it should focus more on african american directives its organisation and organisational qualities should be nice for african americans.

There are several black civil rights organizations in The USA, you may choose to join one or found your own.
National Urban League.
Southern Christian Leadership Conference.
National council of Negro Woman.
National Action Network
Congress Of Racial Equality
etc..

Not quite sure what you are trying to say, but it seems you want the NAACP to do a better job of representing African American issues, interests, concerns, civil liberties and rights.
If that is the case, what exactly do you find or think is there shortcomings?
in other words what do you think they are not doing?

African American Communities generally have problems with. Lack of money. Healthcare. Transport. Crime. Employment.

The NAACP could start initiatives that would focus at Lack of money. Healthcare. Transport. Crime. Employment at african american communities.

Focusing at these problems and representing and then working for the betterment of these problems would further the african american communities at the different states directives.

The NAACP is not an independent organization for the true benefit of African American people. The individual chapters can’t just do what they want to do. My mother was Vice President of an NAACP chapter for 7 years. It was frustrating because the agendas are already planned by the higher ups then passed down to the chapters for mobilization and execution. They’ll have 3 main themes it focuses for the entire year. You basically have to stay within the guidelines they give you or you’ll be penalized.

The NAACP is owned and controlled by Jews who use the NAACP covertly to manipulate other agendas and maintain control of African American awareness.
