Yeah well unfortunately other countries aren't as driven by money and greed like here in America.

It's an everybody for themselves mentality out here and COVID-19 should have shown people that.

The outcome is still going to be the same regardless of which party is/was in office. It was only going to be so long that the rent moratorium could be in place without having to come up with a long term solution to the problem.

I know too many people who jagged that money off.. People got more money sitting on they a$$, than working.. And they tricked all of it..

Its people who actually did the right thing, and they're still in a jam.. I feel bad for them.. But them irresponsible mfers.. :yeshrug: Its more jobs than workers right now.. They need to go get one and stop making excuses..

Some landlords have been kicking folks out for months. What are they gonna do? Their view? If they aren't paying rent they can't afford a lawyer.

Some landlords have been kicking folks out for months. What are they gonna do? Their view? If they aren't paying rent they can't afford a lawyer.

I know some tenants always end up moving out of the fear of the eviction moratorium will expire. It will likely be the same case again even as the government will try and appeal the decision in the meantime.

They're going to have no other choice but to come up with a long term solution now because if it goes to the Supreme Court, then the 6-3 Republican majority shows what the potential outcome will be. Either the Supreme Court will make a final ruling or say that it's up to the Federal Courts to make the final decision and we see what just happened.
