If you can do this you better. If you don't somebody else will. Economy will be getting a boost from some rather unsavory practices soon. But the game is the game and we didn't make a single major rule we just play to win.

I know some tenants always end up moving out of the fear of the eviction moratorium will expire. It will likely be the same case again even as the government will try and appeal the decision in the meantime.

They're going to have no other choice but to come up with a long term solution now because if it goes to the Supreme Court, then the 6-3 Republican majority shows what the potential outcome will be. Either the Supreme Court will make a final ruling or say that it's up to the Federal Courts to make the final decision and we see what just happened.
