I heard stories of people putting brand new cars in the driveway, while not paying rent. Fireworks blasting off 24/7 all last year.. New dirt bikes and ATVs.. Miamj flooded with people every week..

People who used that free money to pay for rent will probably get cut some slack. People who chose pleasure over responsibility will be sleeping at the park..

Rent is just too high as it is. Gotta lower it, or see deaths skyrocket.
