another thing is in both the single family and multi family tenants, many times its more than one tenant. especially for the latter. less often for single family homes but generally speaking both have many cases where its more than one tenants paying the landlord. which makes it even more ridiculous how they charge high rent. I don't care how many excuses they make about how they gotta pay their mortgage to the bank. their prices are ridiculous

I may just call it a day work on my credit and just use a conventional loan to buy a house within the next 2 years because this is ridiculous.

this is a big cause of depression too people can't enjoy their lives

You know what else is funny? Something that none of us ever mention on here. If you take a look at other parts of the world, the Caribbean, Africa, and Latin America, not only is the rent much cheaper that is obvious as we know....but the houses also look better and are more durable. America still out here building houses from wood. We got these paper houses that always get destroyed by hurricanes.

Look at typical villas in the Caribbean and how cheap they are compared to the average home here.
