They can get a package of players for Love, they clearly need another 3 & D guy if they want to have any chance of beating the Warriors.

They need more then a 3 and D guy. They need a legit top 10 level player but can't get one

Love for Melo is really the only avenue they have left, they don't have a lot of assets.
Cleveland would be idiotic to even consider trading Love for any Knick not named Porzee. Melo has regressed, Love was still pretty good this series overall. Love is one of the best bigs, Melo has become a role playing scorer. You need Love, you don't need Melo but if you can George, that's completely different

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
Then why is everyone call it the WOAT playoffs? You can't have an absolutely non-competitive playoffs and try calling it the golden age of basketball.

:wtf:

Every era has had 1 team that has just rampaged their way through the playoffs

00s - Lakers went 15-1
90s - Bulls went 15-2
80s - Sixers went 12-1
70s - Bucks went 12-2

So, the 60s was the golden age or the 50s?

Coli.
I also don't think this is gonna somehow make teams improve to try to catch up to the Warriors

First off it's a cap sport so you're limited in what u can do and secondly the new cba has made it impossible for another team like the Warriors to form

If anything this is gonna make a lot of teams take a step back and say maybe we should rebuild because we can't compete with the Warriors for the next few years

The one team who's gonna try to the Cavs don't have the assets to catch the Warriors. Nobodies giving u a star for Love

Post the point differentials rather than just win/loss record.

Were the finals played by two teams that were 24-1 and blowing everyone out on their way there?

And this is what it's going to look like for at least 2 more years. This isn't just a one year thing, this is going to happen again next year. This isn't the golden age, this is the opposite. This is alienating everyone that actually wants to watch competitive playoff basketball.

You weren't saying that when the Lakers had Kobe & Shaq while most other teams didn't have a superstar :mjpls:

It could be a problem in the future, but we'll have to wait and see what happens. If someone steps up next year or the year after and pushes them how is it different from other dynasties?

The league has stars and it has quite possibly the best team ever, it's a new golden age for the league :yeshrug:
