Cleveland did fukk up tho, it is warrant. I still say that aren't uber fukk ups like the Hawks in the draft under BK.

of course they messed up but thye ddint pass up any franchise talent they got unlucky that some of those drafts were legendarily bad which is why you saw some weird picks they didnt love anyone they were just forced to make a pick

im not repeating myself
What, the top 5 thing?

So to recap, you think the same team getting several #1 picks in a short time span is a problem, and your solution is to give teams a much better chance of getting the top pick every year than they do currently? Especially for an inept franchise like Cleveland.

Clearly you need to actually think about this a little bit more.

I disagree. Horf is superior to most players in the NBA. Look at his numbers, stat charts, +/-

Shut. The. fukk. Up. Shutthefukkup.

I love Al Horford. He's a great-if-unspactacular player. But you're talking about the Number 1 pick in the most loaded draft in a decade.

And you want the NUMBER 1.... AND ANOTHER PICK. :mjlol:

C'mon doggie. C'moooonnnnn Doggie. C'mon. Doggie.

If they want a big man, they could take Embiid (or take Parker/Wiggins), and have him on a 5-year rookie deal.... or they could take your deal, and get Horford for 2 years... and give up another first. :merchant:

:laff: where's everyone who said don't reward the tankers? Give the teams that tried a shot?

Cleveland was the poster child for the change y'all wanted at the lotto. Now that they won y'all mad? :heh:

Lotto balls have no memory
That only works if those people are the same ones saying this now. Otherwise it's just just a sweeping generalization. I can only speak for me, as I don't really track what other nikkas say, but I've been opposed to the idea of the lottery for years. I don't find the idea of "tanking" as this major travesty. If there's gonna be a best team there had to be a worst one add well. I don't see the big deal with giving them a top pick to help turn it around, if that's the goal.

Cleveland last year at the lottery "We don't want to be in the lottery next year, we are going to win"

Cleveland in the lottery this year "We just need our roster to fit. The end"

Condemning 3 #1 picks to Cleveland in the last 4 years is gonna hurt the league.

Those guys should be superstars coming into their own in the next few years. Instead, no one will give a fukk about them outside of this place
