The best overall representation of Batman is the cartoon. Val Kilmer matched the tone of the cartoon.

Batman isn't some spoiled brat who misses his mommy and daddy and puts on a suit and adopts this creepy serial killer voice.

Batman is a dignified, respectable, smooth and complicated guy. Like Batman is like a combination of Howard Hughes, Hugh Hefner and Sherlock Holmes.

Bales Batman just reminded me of an edgy teenager who never grew up and has a lot of money so he beats up criminals and growls at them.

And that's a realistic portrayal of Batman. A dude who spends millions on being a superhero to protect the people of Gotham for free when nobody asked him to because he saw his parent murdered in front of him . He'd be a little bit off mentally and has the same background a serial killer might.

Batman is a damaged kid who witnessed his parents being murdered and grew up spoiled and without any wants except the lost love of a family he would never feel and the lust for revenge against the criminal element
dignified, smooth, respectable? that's iron man

Y’all basically want him portrayed as Iron man Robert Downey Jr 2.0 smh

No because Batman isn't funny and he isn't a dikk.

Most of us first exposure to onscreen Batman is the 90s cartoon and that is considered the best onscreen representation of Batman til this day.

Pompous Sad Boy Brute Batman by Christian Bale
Animalistic retard Batman by Ben Affleck

Ain't cutting it.

Batman is supposed to be cool.

He isn't the Punisher.

No he is not a kid.

Like I said...y'all never watched the OG on screen Batman and never read Year One.

All that emotionally stunted shyt and growling at motherfukkers ain't in the comic books. That's some movie embellishment.

Batman ain't that damn pitiful. He has some pride.

Batman (Bruce Wayne)

In his youth, Bruce attended Gotham Academy. It was there that he dated Julie Madison, but his psychological issues with his parents death ultimately led to the end of their relationship. One day, he was asked by a professor to answer a problem involving a projectile being fired at a target. This triggered Bruce to answer the question by burning the answer in fire on the professors front yard.[8] Bruce was later expelled from Gotham Academy and began attending [9]

Troubled by grief, Bruce found that he couldn't function the way he was, so he hired a homeless to pretend to be Alfred to approve of the paper work so that Bruce could erase his memory with electroshock therapy, but chose not to go through with it, and to use his pain as a motivator.[10] At the age of 18, he used his relationship with Erin McKillen[11] - a daughter of the Irish mob, and with whom he attended [12] - to locate Joe Chill, and learned that he had simply needed the money, and there was no deeper meaning to his parents' deaths.[13]

You really want him to be like ironman but he's not...

:stopitslime:

Y'all need to read Year One and watch the TAS

Batman beat bad guys up and fukk bytches.
All this boo hoo my parents are dead and I am so hurt is movie embellishment. That shyt happens in the comics, but he ain't a sadboy. He ain't in his mansion all damn day.

In the comics for and TAS for the most part, Batman was an extremely smart and resourceful guy who is grounded, who has pride and dignity and a moral code. He has charisma, that's why the Justice League has him as defacto leader even without powers.

He gets moody and sad but he is a man. He carries himself as a man. A man's man.

He is like Don Draper in a way.

The movies takes the most moody and crybaby part of the character and made him seem unstable.

The man out here growling :hhh:

My Batman don't fukking growl :hhh:

In all seriousness he probably won't be half bad as a "dark" Batman.

Quippy Marvel rip-off style Batman wouldn't work with him. It probably wouldn't work with anyone but y'all get the point.

That's a realistic portrayal of a school shooter who thinks life is unfair. But then again, Batman is a rich White man who lock poor people up.

Anyway lol.

They had this man tryna kill Superman just because he has powers and this man had the vocabulary of the Hulk, branding people.

That's not Batman.

Batman overall, believes in the goodness of people and the ability of people to do good, which is why he doesn't kill.

The recent movies fukked up his character.

No Iron Man is closer to House and that link says nothing about how he behaves as a grown man.

Y'all just don't read comics.

Y'all just think Batman is a sad boy and he is not.

Y'all the same types that would have Spiderman sad like a bytch.
