Think of it as an institution that represents the country, like say, a monument or something. If it looks cheesy/like shyt, how does that reflect on us?

It's a minor issue obviously, but not as inconsequential as people think. Aesthetics and ideals often go hand in hand, in many ways that are not obvious to the human mind but still acknowledged nonetheless

but i understand why they're circulating in new currency in and destroying old currency. it's a never ending battle though, the counterfeiters will always find a way to eat.

also, US currency runs the world regardless of exchange rates, etc. you can take a US bill to any other country and you're in business. not so much vice versa..
