^They are fully heel there, but the most recent Raw they were on (I think it was Sasha & Naomi vs Alicia and Brie), it was basically a lengthy heat segment on Naomi, with brie and Alicia taking turns on her, with both taunting the crowd. Then Brie does her frail Brie Mode scream, followed by a Naomi tag to Sasha, with the crowd losing their shyt. It's just another case of the WWE not knowing what the hell they're doing from week to week.
Team Bad when this "Divas Revolution" started were full heels, now they are tweeners. They are Babyface against Team Bella and heel against Nattie & Becky ( Who seems to be the only consistent babyfaces) & Charlotte (eventhough the crowd has turned on her.)
This is just speculation but they may have Team B.A.D & Paige as a team for Survivor Series.
