I just restarted Fresh Prince and that Season 1 is unmatched. Will Smith Essentially being the character he portrayed on record was gold.

The guy who plays Will has to be funny in order for this to work.

This is one of those shows that might be okay on its own, but as a reboot of Fresh Prince I hate the concept.

Fresh Prince was a comedy sitcom with some occasional dramatic moments. This is just an urban drama where the characters happen to have the same names as the sitcom characters.

Yeah. This really isn’t a reboot. They fukked up not making this it’s own original show.

I’ll check it out if it’s free on peacock. Not paying for it

Can’t wait for the Family Matters reboot where Urkel is now an imprisoned youth looking for a father figure and Carl Winslow is the only cop willing to give him a chance

shyt they gonna have Carl Winslow some Michael B Jordan / ghost looking brotha that is a dirty cop slanging dope on the side.

Carl then brings in Urkel to invent shyt to improve his drug manufacturing processes....

Hollywood refuses to make family friendly entertainment for young children and their parents for TV and rarely on streaming services. Everything got to be drama filled and filled with stereotypes, violence and sexual themes.

Man they would have Marlon with identity crisis living undercover on the DL. While stripping at night at a gay club....

Pops would be cheating on their mother with a young girl and a baby on the side. While TC would be a pimp and making pops pay loan shark money back because pops took a loan out on the diner...
