They are getting an estimated $35-$50M per show. I wouldn't say the Saudis "own" them WWE revenue is usually around $900M a year but these Saudi shows are all profit.

LIke I said they effectively do, this is why programmers and channels even bigger than WWE, like NBC/Universal, CBS/Viacom, and etc have network upfronts.
To let the advertisers know what they are planning on doing and etc. Advertisers can influence the direction of a show if they don't like things or if they threaten to walk.
