On paper Vince McMahon still "owns" the company but lets be real here...

The Saudis basically own WWE now.

The money they're giving Vince is pretty much what's keeping the company afloat. It's clear to see too that they can make WWE do whatever they want and make whatever match they ask for. Them Saudi shows ain't stopping no time soon. Vince is just a figurehead now.

They effectively do, they own networkes too.

No they don’t :mjlol:

Paying for advertisements does not mean owning the platform

No advertiser makes a roster decision
Makes a team move decision
Makes a rule decision

The Saudis don’t own the WWE. They pay for a show. WWE delivers the show. Customers aren’t owners in any business.

LOL
Sure, kid.
LIke I said they effectively do, this is why programmers and channels even bigger than WWE, like NBC/Universal, CBS/Viacom, and etc have network upfronts.
To let the advertisers know what they are planning on doing and etc. Advertisers can influence the direction of a show if they don't like things or if they threaten to walk.
