Many Sephardi Jews moved into West Africa after they were expelled from Spain. There was a great deal of intermarrying with Africans.

Additionally, in South Africa there are a group of Jews called Lemba. They are from the Priestly class of Jews, who are the descendants of Aaron who is the brother of Moses.

You're talking about the Portugese settlements in Cape Verde and off the coast, where the Iberians seized jewish children from Spain and Portugal and dumped them there. Jewish adults fleeing Euro persecution and marrying into West African bloodlines would have been such a tiny number to make that presence insignificant.
