this dude Sorkin set the show in 2010 but is still using real stories like the Gulf oil spill so he can show a "real" news show should've reported these stories. That's fukkin' weak.

He's one of the most talented writers in Hollywood, but he always needs someone to reign him in. Or else you get smug, preachy shyt like Studio 60 or the end of the West Wing.
