We wouldve won :zacksmug:
:skip: Sure.

Just like we won Detroit 2011, Detroit 2013, and Green Bay 2013.

This team has relished the opportunity to lose the game on the last defensive possession. Even with 3 score leads in the 2nd half.

Maybe we would have won. As a fan I sure hope so. But in all probability, I knew what awaited if Rodgers got the ball back in Lambeau with 3 mins left.

Just look how the GB offense moved down the field after the turnover on downs to seal the game.

What about Seattle in 2014 :comeon:

What about NYG in 2014 :comeon:

What about STL in 2014 :comeon:

What about Philly in 2014 :comeon:

The defense stepped up at the end in all of these games and helped seal the win. Our defense wouldve been amped up on that last drive. All we woulda had to do was at least hold them to a FG. On top of that Rodgers isnt good in 4th qtr comebacks :usure:

All 4 of those games we essentially dictated the majority of, STL really being the only "comeback". If we didn't have the ST gaffes vs. Seattle, we would have blown them out by 3 scores.

The Green Bay playoff game was quite a different story. We were facing a QB who was on one leg and we were able to get pressure and a couple sacks in the first half. In the second, he ran roughshod all over us. I mean, we couldn't even reliably force him to scramble. Dude just sat back there hobbled and picked us apart. Even when he DID scramble, he had room for days.

Our struggle d-line wasn't doing anything late in that game breh. The secondary was getting picked apart whenever it was 3rd and long all day. Those games you listed we had the benefit of a defense that had been playing solid and a shaky QB during the majority of the game. Yes, Super Bowl winners Eli and Russel are shaky. Rodgers isn't, and he sure as hell wasn't in that January game.

All those games you listed we were in it, fighting hard on defense to stay with them. We stifled the opposition essentially on defense in those games. That didn't really happen vs. GB. Rodgers was surgical against us. On one leg...

Like I said, Dez catch didn't end our season. There were 3 minutes left in that game. All we needed was a stop and we would have gotten the ball back.

What happened? Defense wasn't able to bail us out. Not saying the game is their fault, but we had a chance and came up short. I'm not convinced like a lot of you guys that if Dez catches it we advance. There was a LOT of time left in that game.

Oh well, we'll never know. And honestly, who cares at this point. The shyt happened and it's over :dezshrug:

Breh :what:

In all of those games we were trailing in the 4th quarter. Why do you think most cowboy fans are so pissed with the BS call on Dez? We dominated that game until Murray fumbled and Wilbur inexplicably didnt fall on and recover that kickoff. We've watched football time and time again where a bad call can completely demoralize a team. Would we have won? Who knows, but we can't just assume Rogers lead them right down the field in to the endzone.

Yes, you are right.

But we also can't just assume Dez making the catch advances us to the NFC Title game the way a lot of Cowboys fans act.

Rodgers went 24-35 for 316 yards and 3 TDs. We didn't force a turnover the entire game.
We are 1-20 under Jason Garrett when we don't force a turnover. The 1 win was Week 1 this year vs. NYG. We had plenty of chances to win in GB and we didn't. It wasn't 1 bad call that blew the game for us.

Murray fumbling was a bigger fukkup than the Calvin/Dez rule being enforced at the end of the game, imo.

Actually it was the bomb to Twill on 3rd and one before the half that lost us that game :hmm:

40 seconds, two TOs, the ball on GB 25(?) they're not stopping the run for shyt. We call a stupid ass pass play, Romo fumbles, recovers throws is down field to TWill. Incomplete. 50 yard FG blocked. GB gets 3 before the half making it 14-10 at halftime. (I don't know if I said it on here or Twitter but I immediately said, that's the kinda shyt that loses you games.)

You pick up the first and you're playing for either 7 or a chip shot. Either way you're going into halftime 17-7 or 20-7 but we didn't. That was the real game changer
