Seattle over just might be the safest bet. The niners got worse. Stl is starting a new qb and its nick foles. They haven't lost too much on defense although earl Thomas might still be iffy early on? Jimmy graham does wonders for their offense. 12-4/13-3 season is highly plausible and I've yet to look at their schedule.
