Winston needs to fix his shyt, no questions, but you and I know Fitz and bring shyt to the QB position. Koetter needs to give up playcalling duties and move the offense to be a more quick hitting, spread type offense. These long developing plays don't work when you the line can't hold up and the routes are just go routes.And it starts with teaching Winston some maturity and Fitz bringing some stability to the position
