Yes there were two knives used. Dr. Irwin Golden performed the original autopsy and he stated (at the prelim trial)

that the wounds on both victims indicated 2 types of blades were used. He also mentioned that there was a left handed attacker and a right hand attacker.

What never made sense about framing OJ, was that they didnt know if OJ had an air tight alibi the night of the murders. So why go planting a bloody glove at his residence when they dont even know if he could prove he was no where near the murder scene in the first place. Just something that always bothered me.
