this is my brothers go to movie for when we get together as a family.
i have not watched it yet, but from this poster i would guess it is a 'police academy' remake.
my brothers are usually on the floor from laughter!!

One thing Christopher Kirkley can't be accused of is lacking ambition. Since 2008, through his Sahelsounds blog and record label, the Portland "guerrilla ethnomusicologist" has collected and shared music from West Africa that had previously only been traded by locals via cellphone MP3s. A year ago, he took the next logical step: directing a remake of Purple Rain in the Sahara.

I was expecting a parody video from the poster dude whom goes by "The Nigerian" but would actually check this out cause outside of cheap poorly done Nollywood movies as long as effort is done to make a quality product African films interest me.
