No. Stopgap at best.
Kaep's accuracy was damn near 60 percent. Problem is when he missed, he missed BAD.
Gab is playing solid though.

Not really. The offense is putrid on 3rd down. Downright terrible and still can't score. I think it has to do more with the coaching and the line than the actual QB though.

Stop it, Blaine Gabbert is a stopgap or a trade bait. He's been playing solid but anyone that watches the games knows that the coaches are accommodating Gabbert in ways they didn't for Kaepernick.
You do realize even with harbaugh our third down conversion rate was 17th at best right?
