A system that comes with about 26GBs of free space on it requires 5GBs of free space just for a game save file. Mind you that you can't move that file off the internal memory either. To reclaim that space you have to delete it.

How they're getting away with locking users out of their own save file management is baffling but even worse is the fact that they crippled the system with 32GBs of storage.

Game save files have to go on the internal storage. They are inaccessible to users due to Nintendo being afraid of exploits using them. A third party game is requiring Switch owners give up 20% of the systems storage.

There needs to be a better solution.

Because the developer could get away with it. You can't separate the actual save date from that 5GBs of space.
