Russ Abbott was more known for sketches and music then as a pure comedy actor. And this show lasted all of 7 eps, nothing memorable at all.

Thread is even more comedy now because two of the biggest UK shows ("Sherlock" and "Luther") fell off despite having short seasons.

"Luther" somewhat bounced back with that last season. But....yeah.
