:heh: at any BBC show seeing "The Wire", "Breaking Bad", "Sopranos", "Madmen", "Game of Thrones", "The Shield", or hell, even "House of Cards" for that matter. And that's just recently.

Irony overload.

Whatever about drama, British comedy >>>>>

BBC don't do TV shows anywhere near as good imo. As said before, Channel 4 have some dope TV (Black Mirror & Utopia :whoo:). I watch very little of our shows. Our channels may know when to cut/stop a show but they still don't make shows that are better than the US stuff (initially).

Fred.

House of Cards was a UK 3 part series from the 80's iirc. It was on the BBC funnily enough

I'm sorry but I can't sit through any fukkin British tv show. I just can't listen to that shyt.

I tried watching The Inbetweeners but could only make it like 5 minutes before I had to shut that shyt off. I'll stick to my American tv.

Not really a fan of The Inbetweeners, but if you don't like/understand British humour then that type of show isnt the show for you.

The American version is better. What's ironic about that?

Fred.

Nice googling to find out House Of Cards was originally a British program dude.

Weren't you the dude that tried to tell me only Hollywood/American TV/films could be considered classics because only they could be shown to an international audience...? :russ:

90s if I remember correctly.

The U.S. version of "House of Cards" is superior. The only reason anybody would say otherwise is just to prop up the thread. I never heard one person say anything about the show prior to the remake. Now it's "oh, it's a classic."

High-end American dramas are definitely superior to what Britain now offers, no two ways about it.

Are you retarded? It being a British program was mentioned several times during it's Netflix creation:

You aren't kicking any kind of knowledge mentioning that. You'd have to almost actively avoid any info on the show to not know that.

As far as the second thing you said, I dunno if you're high or drunk but I never said anything remotely similar to that. So you're 0 outta 2. Try again.

I can't think of any dope BBC shows besides documentaries

their documentaries are hands down better than anything the US can produce, but that's about it

What have you watched.

BBC has plenty of classic comedies, although they are old.

Well you do live in America.

The internet is only based in America? Learn something new every day.

Nobody talked about the shyt on here, or any message board I've ever been to, prior to the remake. Now every one is claiming it's some kinda classic to prop up bullshyt threads like this.

You're right dude, the fact that you personally have never heard of a cult early 90s BBC political drama clearly disproves any idea that it could be a 'classic' program. :heh:

You've convinced me with your utterly worthless logic.

I was just saying its not original US programming like the other shows you pointed out, didn't say it was a classic either.
