The NWA comeback singles “Chin Check” and “Hello” don’t get enough credit

Loved both songs and was anticipating the Not These Again album. Shoulda just called the group Dre, Cube, Ren, Snoop to avoid the controversy of NWA without Eazy.

And they should have downplayed Snoop a bit instead of making it sound like Snoop was Eazy's direct replacement.

n quik knew.. but xzibit is cool with both of em...so quik left it alone n squash it ...n dre started sendin shyt he couldnt figure out ..artist he couldnt break a single for etc etc til they bumped heads again...

then that detox shyt he was doin with snoop in all of them...quik was like fukk that shyt ...im helpin this build an album and he aint even gone put out ...lol he got mad at damizza for puttin the footage out

Chin Check didn't connect with me but Hello was decent. Pretty sure the album would have been underwhelming as fukk, so it's for the best. Cube was on the verge of complete fall off lyrically but not quite. Ren was on autopilot like he's been since the mid 90s.

The album we all should mourn that never dropped was Dre/Cube Helta Shelktah.

I always assumed Eminem did the Hello verse but he isn't credited, possibly because the n-word is used. (My mistake, it's not used. Gotta be Eminem lyrics though.)

No one else in the credits just Dre, Ren, Cube and Snoop. I had a quick listen to it just now it sounds like Ren especially in that era.
