So is it just me or is this just a backdoor to expanding Medicare and turning it into the Single Payer system that everybody actually wants?

Well, they're going to have a rough time getting people to actually sign up and pay for this sh!t then. No way can I afford to pay for the equivalent of buying a new XBOX every month. Pretty sure most people feel the same way.

Well unfortunately it's mandatory so eventually you will pay, be it the monthly fee or the fine. It will work itself out in the long run and everything will be fine.
