Even if they kept Afflalo, the fact is that they weren't getting a franchise player back for Dwight Howard. What they can get are young players and picks that can lead to them drafting one. What they have now is a team that's gonna suck (so goal #1 accomplished) and a team that has youth in the frontcourt (honestly, a O'Quinn/Nicholson/Harkless front court is really talented. If they keep them, their main man will be a guard, and if that's Shabazz, Orlando got everything they needed)

The worst part is that this season still needs to be played out.

but Iggy is a damn beast. the 6ers always asked too much of dude on the offensive end, but now he's a third option behind Trigger Ty and Gallo. he can focus on his strengths with the Nugs like he's doing in the Olympics.

I'm not confident that Drew is a franchise player in every sense, but he's damn close and other GM's know it.

Since he came into the league every single trade discussion the Lakers have been in other GM's have asked for Bynum. Other coaches throughout the league have praised Bynum's play.

Bynum has all the tools to be the most dominate players in the league, but he gotta get his head straight first.
