Saw it Friday and honestly thought it was pretty mid. I’m a HUGE fan of the franchise and saw the OG in theaters when it first came out so I had high expectations, especially with the NY setting. That said, save for a few great set shots (train, bodega) you can clearly tell this was not shot in NY and the whole “Ghostface takes a bite out of the Big Apple” was one big gimmick. This could have taken place in any big metro city in the US.

thats what they keep hinting at heavily these last two movies. Sam staring at her pops outfit and knife looked like she was being possessed by the holy ghost. The next could bring sydney back to stop sam after she finally snaps with her little sister helping her out now too. Find out whats up with their mom too

Overrall i liked this cast as much as the original.anybody from NYC that ever been on the iron horse got anxiety from the train part. Halloween really be like.

Can’t believe I got the killers right. Scream 6 is a return to form. And has my second best opening, of the franchise. Scream 5 was mediocre and predictable. But Scream 6 is straight flames. Also Sam’s actress acting gotten better. Because in Scream 5 her acting was horrible. My ranking of the franchise now. Off the first watch is.

Also Kirby’s actress was trash. And Gale looks straight up like a skeleton. Talking about she was the sex appeal. Sam’s boyfriend had one facial expression, thought out this entire movie. And Mindy continues to be an annoying character.

Saw today and...I enjoyed about 70% of it. Ending was a little weird even for Scream for me

The Quinn daughter being a Ghostfacemanhandling them was bullshyt she's small as hell and I swear they used body doubles for the kills becausehell nah lol. I had the cop as a possible suspect and the nerd guy he just acted way too sus and nervous. Sam AND Tara showed a weird smile after stabbing they both could be on some in the next one. When I saw that interview about how the producers really liked Chads charisma in 5 I knew he'd survive this one. Honestly I'm not mad at the "core 4"surviving they have legitimate dope chemistry and Gale should've died honestly but I'm not upset lol.

They NEED to do the cult for 7 it's ripe and there needs to be a rigue Ghostface who's on some fukk all these copycats and family members I'm REALLY different

Make them Black as well. It's about the time for a Black ghostface movie-wise. Most people wouldn't expect it and given the franchise history they would assume it's the new scrawny White guy cast.
