This is IMO their worst season. I fukking HATE Andy/Erin/Robert/Nellie and I get the feeling that the writers don't care anymore. This season was a prime opportunity to dial the antics back a bit since Carell left and take it back to the basics about office life with the ensemble cast. The ensemble is one of the best on TV and you don't use them? Stupid.
