this is my last reply to you because I feel like you might be trolling me judging on how silly your argument is.

if I could magically compete in the 100M mens field tomorrow and used every illegal drug and supplement known to man I would be giving myself an advantage, without doubt. I also can say unequivocally that I would not set any world records. and yes you are on that tip because you're implying that the only way we should be concerned is if he is breaking records, but for now it's cool because he isn't. what kind of policing is this?

How do we know if his natural legs would even qualify him for the olympics? Natural human legs gives you distinct advantages or disadvantages either your body is built for running olympic times or it's not. Natural body parts have to contend with tiredness, soreness, muscle strain etc but his bionic legs don't have to deal with any of that so that gives him distinct advantages over his competition.
