He was entered in both the 800m & 1500m, which both events overlapped. Because he wasnt tryin in the 800m yesterday he was kicked out even tho he was in the 1500m final. So he got a doctors note to say he was injured, hence his performance in the 800m so he could compete in the 1500m.
Basically its an error on Algerias end.
