he was bullshytting a few years ago and ran the 400 in a DIamond League, and did 45.86. He was just BS'ing
if he trains for 4 years, focusing on just that (with no serious injuries), he will win gold in the 400 in Rio.

he used to do 400m when he was younger and stunted at that too
