So much for the irish crowd in the boxing arena btw, couldn't here them during the campbell-nevin fight, and the anthem just then was

fukk you nikka

I'm rooting just for black folks. Could care less about what country they're from.

Plus Jamaica is blacker than America, so I'll always root for them over our boys. Too many crakkkas in America for me.

the difference is we wouldn't root for them over our own country that raised us i love seeing African countries win.

:ld: It's nothing alike. Stop being purposefully obtuse. Hell yeah we shout that shyt out and we shouted it out when Bolt won too. There's a difference between celebrating people of the African diaspora succeeding and shytting on one's homeland. Or did you miss that whole split during the 2010 world cup when we were calling people corny for rooting for Ghana over the US? I wanted Ghana to do well too, but people start writing monologues dissing the US and trying to rationalize what was simple--you wanted an African nation to do well and if the US lost in this one sporting event then :yeshrug:
I was not talking about born Americans actively rooting against the US. I don't get that shyt. I was referring to people that were against posters rooting for the country where their parents are from. You are against it, but then you root for African countries, because you know that's where our ancestors came from. Its really the same thing. That's what my post was about.
