Davis passes the NBA scout test, too. There isn't an NBA scout or NBA GM in the league who doesn't have him No. 1 on his board. I'll take it a step further. Every GM and scout I spoke with told me he'd take Davis No. 1 in the 2011, 2010, 2009 and 2008 drafts. Yes, ahead of Derrick Rose, Blake Griffin, John Wall and Kyrie Irving.

There's zero chance this kid lives up to the hype, Tim and KG are his ceiling.....right.

No way does he live up to the hype, dude is getting LeBron levels of it. Analysts was talking about whatever team he goes to is a 50 win team his offensive game isn't all the way there yet.

Sadly people will probably call him a bust after this season instead of letting him develop. His first few years he will probably be Blake Griffin status where he gets rebounds & most of his offense will come from dunks & lobs.

I was reading a chat with 2 Charlotte reporters..They both said he's gonna be a top 5 player in the nba in 3 years.

Into the league with a refined game like a fine wine it aged. I see him as a better version of Marcus Camby def his ceiling and theres nothing wrong with that either, these analysts gotta cut all this hype shyt out.

I don't believe in comparing players. Davis has been a consensus #1 picks or awhile now and has yet to disappoint. He has incredible upside to develop into a 20 ppg scoring, his defense will be top 5 at some point, and he doesn't have character issues at all. That right there separates him from the rest. Being a great person is part of what separates Duncan from KG.

I dont believe it either and he is def by far the best player in the draft. Just putting those twos name out there when there are other players out there to compare him to. He will def make a big difference in NO right off rip. West isn't stacked like it used to be and if EG healthy next year they could easily get to 40 wins.

He'll be good & if his offense develops he could be great. He plays smart on defense & he could put on some weight. Dude was a PG 2-3 years ago he ain't even grown into the way his body changed yet.
