Marshall may be best PG in this draft, but where does he fit in the grand scheme of all the PG's currently in the league? I don't think he's nearly the scoring threat / athlete of the upper half of PG's right now. It sounds like he projects as a better passing, not as quick Devin Harris. He's being projected about where he should be, late lottery - early 20's

Basically. Not gonna spread the floor and not gonna blow by his guy in the half court. He can improve on D, but not goin cray over a projected average starting PG doesn't seem that unreasonable
