good win. The way our defense was playig for a good 20 mins it should have been a blow out. But play calling and the offense couldn't move the damn ball. I'm glad Hopkins name was getting called. Now Schaub nows he can go to him besides Dre.
Tate looks the better rb right now. Foster looks like trash at times but came up big when he scored the TD and 2 point try.

I agree. People forget the 2 overtime "character building" wins we had last year in 4 day span over Jacksonville and Detroit. Turns out we were just suspect.
well us be suspect until they get better. I only have two expectations:
1. Win the South
2. Make the playoffs.
I've learned not to go overboard with this team. they play down to the competition too much and sometimes it gets them in trouble when they come out lazy against formidable competition.
I'm also having trouble with Kub's playcalling so far this season and Schaub's reluctance to push the ball down field.
Oh yeah. Karim needs to get himself under control. That cat is talented but he makes too many plays that make you go
for a guy with his talent.

Man I just want to go at least 5-1 in the division. Needless to say I was gonna be upset if we lost last week. If we do that we'd probably need 5 more wins out of the division to check off 1 and 2 on your list now that we've already beaten the chargers. That would give us 11 wins and I think that wins the afc south. Any loss to the jags in inexcusable. We take of business against them then I think we could afford a loss to Indy or at Tennessee in the final week. The Indy games seem favorable for us. The home game is a sunday night game so we should be pumped for that one and the road game comes after the team has had a 10 day rest.
The last 5 wins might be tricky. We really need to go no worse than 3-1 against the ravens, chiefs, rams, and raiders. Seattle, niners, pats, broncos, and maybe at arizona will be dogfights to win.
And to add to your concerns, I'm worried about the pass rush from outside linebackers. They need to step up to get the defense back to the level from 2 seasons ago.

im starting to have doubts myself these 3 games they played so far the look NOTHING like a SB contender..maybe that'll change and they can prove me wrong
imo I dont think kubiak have much confidence in Schuab
