I ain't mad at Foster. He gotta do what he gotta do. He was a Bama commit first anyway. Our class is still looking good.

I'm more mad that this dude will be starting at LB for us again this year, ensuring our defense will be exposed multiple times next year.

Christian Hackenberg on College Football Live
Penn State QB commit Christian Hackenberg on 'College Football Live' - ESPN
I might have one hat on, and that's a Penn State hat. It's been a long ride, so I'm really looking forward to that.
After I visited and really got a feel for the coaching staff, the facilities and the campus, I can't really explain it. It's just one of those things. I got that gut feeling and knew this is where I felt comfortable being for the next four years.
:myman:

Although I do want to see Stephen Bench start next year and give Hack the redshirt.

Damn, I didn't know this thread was here....

OU Sooners fan here.... OU is known in the regional and national recruiting scene a program that makes it's living keeping a good majority of their good in-state players while getting the hungry, diamond in the rough players from Texas that the Longhorns pass over every season. Right now OU has a California pipeline that they are eating well from and they pick up very good skill players from schools in Colorado, Nevada and New Mexico. OU has had a rough recruiting season this year but has managed to find some good pieces, especially on the defensive side of the ball, a sleeper OL from JUCO and as always, a stable of WR's. I believe OU is in the top 20 for recruiting this year, which doesn't bother us a bit because we leave the recruiting titles to legendary Texas Longhorn coach Mack Brown AKA Coach February who is past the hot seat... he's on about to go on the rotisserie.... He has completely lost control of recruiting in Texas to A&M and is another OU blow out away(5 +40) from being run out of Austin.

Beyond total collapse, OU should win the Big XII outright because we generally have the best athletes in the conference, but we just gotta get some consistency going. Our toughest games this season will probably be TCU, Baylor and OSU. KSU's season was an anomaly even though they are well coached by Snyder, they and WVU have to completely rebuild on offense(WV on offense and defense.... lol). Expecting another Texas blow out at the Cotton Bowl that will be over by halftime(as always) and the end of Mack brown at Texas.

Thanks for that Lancaster pipeline....

Don't even get me started on how thankful I/we are for these dudes :to:

But since you did :youngsabo:, they are the embodiment of what Penn State athletics has traditionally been ... just need the public to see it. Catch The Cure's fundraising page for General Donations | StayClassy.org

Imagine what your class would be like if you didn't get hit with the sanctions. I remember it was top 10 when the sanctions were first announced. You had Greg Webb, Dorian Johnson, Will Fuller, Ross Douglas, and a few other big time guys.

Yup, Webb was never a solid commit, but he was leaning toward PSU. Then he started poppin' off on Twitter and I was like fukk that, don't even want this dude :rudy:

While losing Fuller hurt, we are stacked at WR for the next few years to come. Bet on Allen Robinson and RS-FR Eugene Lewis being perennial 1,000-yard threats for the next few years.

And Douglas? What hurt the most is he left to go in-B1G to Michigan :damn:

But as long as Brenneman and Hack stayed, that was the biggest thing -- naturally.

This is why I'm saying there should be an in general B1G thread next year :obama:. I don't have enough fellow PSU fans on here to converse with and I'm not trying to barge in OSU/Michigan threads to get pummeled on :shake:
