I lived there in my entire life too. I know well enough that ole miss don't (or didn't) have a reach into the state. That's why the shyt ain't adding up. Lets not forget Freeze was a fukkin HS coach just 4 yrs ago. He ain't make that many connects in that short time at Arky St to where he can just snatch talent out the state

We all know Ole Miss didn't have no reach in GA much less outside of Mississippi or Memphis but times have changed. New era. Baylor used to suck. So did Vandy.

In ONE year!!!! Baylor in a state where they don't need to go outside their borders. Vandy got name recognition to where they can get kids who want a quality education an Franklin being there helps. All Ole Miss was known for was Archie manning, racist out the ass an white women in sundresses.

Naw, they were recruiting in all states when they hired Nutt but they weren't landing five star recruits. Look at their signing list since Nutt joined OM.

I dont remember a school like Ole Miss who never was even a fourth tier recruiting school out of nowhere jump up like this and have this type of monster class

Thsi isnt just a case of a school getting lucky with a few big time recruits maybe a 5 star or 2 and a few 4 stars

its not a bad thing that the talent gets spread to one more program, its just kind of an odd program to get such a haul

no legendary coach, 2 years removed from a 2 win season? do they have some kind of amazing assistant(s) added to the staff?
