Maybe McFadden...not Pryor. Keep in mind McGloin started at the Texan 20 yard line twice.
If Pryor is healthy...he starts.

I don't care what position were in.....a win always feels good
As much as I like what Pryor's done....It might be the time to make a switch and see what McGloin can give us next game. I don't wanna see to happen, but facts are facts.....McGloin is a better passer and has alot more patience/poise in the pocket.
I aint giving up on Pryor...just wanna see more of what Mcgloin has to offer

My reasoning.
- As a "Raider Fan" you never give up . Never go out your way to tell other raider fans you gave up. Never go out of your to go out of your way to use a gif. And to "give up " as a fan in a game that they come out winning .

McGloin was looking real nice out there, he had a nice arm out there, and the Texans got a nice defense too.

Rashad Jennings looking like a keeper though. 
And we are only 1 game away from the Wild Card too. 
Veldheer need to come back ASAP. 
Houston has easily been our best player, he been 
out there, needs to get re-signed first in the offseason. We have the Titans at home, and it seems like we can catch them at the right time too. 
We still have a lot of football left in us.
Im still not sold on McGloin either
It'd be great thing if both Pryor and McGloin stuck with us, good to have a starter and a good backup.
Before the season all signs pointed to the front office wanting to give everyone but Pryor a chance.
This is true, it'd be dumb on the FO's part to get rid of Pryor tho. If both players are difference makers at QB then lets keep em both for now.
