I really think the Cavs draft Wiggins to trade him later.
Noel and Embiid would NEVER work. Philly shouldn't even think about exploring that.

Team only wants LaVine because Bill Duffy is his agent and Duffy and Flip are BFF'sI wouldn't mind Lavine at 13![]()

So this is more of the country club shyt?Team only wants LaVine because Bill Duffy is his agent and Duffy and Flip are BFF's
Oh, and who does Duffy represent?
Zach LaVine and (gasp) Klampin' Klay Thompson (also reps Bazz)

Flip and Duffy were college roommates. So this is more of the country club shyt?![]()
Flip and Duffy were college roommates.
For the longest time Duffy was the only agent this team got along with
Christ, what did we do to deserve this
Or they let him walk for nothing, Im fine with that too...Undersized 4s that can stretch the floor, that will nullify Noel's greatest asset - protecting the paint. Although he isn't the most slow-footed player out there, he doesn't have the lateral quickness to be recovering from PNR/PNP defensive blunders or close-outs (which inevitably will force the rest of the players in half-way positions). Or when teams put out small ball lineups, and you've got a SF that's at the 4 who can take their opposite off the dribble in an instant.See, this is exactly why Philly should explore this. The league is mostly filled with undersized 4's or 3's that play 4, you put 2 seven footers out there on the floor and then you get GOAT rim protection.
While that may sound good in theory, it'll never be practical. What's going to happen once teams take that away from them (which will happen straight away)? What alternatives are there?Offensively you wasn't expecting much from either anyway especially right off the bat, so then you just have them running pick 'n rolls, catching lobs all day over defenders that are like 3/4 inches shorter than them.
Of course, that's just my thoughts. It probably wouldn't work but it's definitely not a forgone conclusion that playing 2 seven footers at the same time is a bad idea (*points to Kobe's Lakers)
