Again, I don't understand why Cleveland would trade this pick for anything less than two high picks, a future pick and a player of serious use.

That is a FALSE rumor that came out yesterday and was quickly debunked.
Everything coming out of Cleveland right now is that the Cavs are going to take Wiggins and keep him unless someone wows them with an incredible offer. Supposedly the Cavs just rejected the Sixers latest offer of the #3, #10, and #33 pick.
Based on what? You have proof of that? This is what I'm talking about kev!
I'd rather have Demarcus Cousins, but why would Sacramento offer that, and why would Rondo go to the Kings without cousins?

Rondo won't be alone on the Kings, his best friend and teammate from Oak Hill, Mr. Josh Smith will be his teammate
