are the 76ers really willing to give up MCW and Thad Young for Lakers 7? If Smart and Randle are off the board Lakers should do it.

What's there to cringe at?

a lot is being invested into him from companies, high expectations are being placed on him from fans, and yet hardly anyone has watched a full game of him

I've gone back and dug up a couple games and watched so I have my personal views on his projection

though I came to realize as long as he stays in the NBA, which I believe he has a place, in he'll be a walking brand

:what:

It's genius satire, FL playing on his whole 'celebrity' status. There's nothing to cringe at. It's not something you can taper, because his image has already been sold.

Similar to how Derrick Williams wanted to be a SF?
Yes. I think it's a combo of bad advice and thinking being versatile means you can primarily play any position. I think kids are scared to call themselves 4's because there are so many of them.

Thing is Derrick shot well in college, so he thought he could play there offensively. Gordon doesn't have that attribute.

One scout says Wiggins will be Corey Brewer status in the league.

:lupe:
I think Wiggins is very capable of scoring 50. Other than that how do the two compare?

And if Payton goes top 10 it throws off the mock entirely since one of the 4's will fall
I'm up to LA's pick at #7 making my final choice and 4-8 is the fukkery section of this draft

Sound Familiar?

Strengths: The premiere perimeter defender in college, capable of being a lock down defender on the next level Physically he has everything you need to stand out defensively: long arms, footwork, quickness, anticipation, long arms and height plus a willingness to exert as much effort on defense as on offense Tough minded player with a strong work ethic Not a bad passer for his size who unselfishly looks for open teammates Decent rebounder who uses his leaping ability and long arms to make an impact on the glass When driving to the basket, he converts difficult baskets due to his body control and leaping ability Is a solid three point shooter when his feet are set.

Weakness: Offensively he still doesnt seem to have a great grasp of the game Not really able to score at will, or create offense for himself or others the way you would expect someone with his physical abilities Ball handling must continue to improve as hes clearly not comfortable with the ball in his hands From a fundamental standpoint he doesnt do a good job of keeping his dribble low and away from his defender Right now his body should be a priority for him to work on Currently he lacks upper body strength and needs to bulk up on his slight 185 pound frame Offensively Brewer does a lot of things well but nothing spectacular. While he has range, he lacks consistency Has slashing ability but too often settles for shooting the jumper Is prone to making mental mistakes in games during critical moments
