I'd take the talent first, and worry about the shooter second.

Payton has the size to play the 2.
Bulls need to take the best offensive perimeter player on the board period. They desperately need shooting, but knowing this team, they'll take another defensive specialist with no fukks given

Bulls are in a position they could easily sign a free agent shooter, take the talented playmaker.

A lot of teams are going with 2 PG lineups now.
They been in that position for years though and can't make it happen....unless you count Dunleavy or Belinelli

I'd take Payton, more size & defensive potential while Ennis is the epitome of :ld: to me.
