Any doubt left what the Cavs trying to do? The Embiid injury may be a blessing in disguise. If they him and another lottery pick. :blessed::blessed:

Yeah, I think they know more because of the medical records, and if they are entertaining 6 & 8 it's because they think Embiid will be at 6.

If they were in love with Parker or Wiggins we wouldn't hear anything about deals like this floating.

The stoop with dat dope fanny padding
Only way I'd do it if I were the Cavs is if Embiid is definitely there at 6, and the Celtics throw in one of Nets future picks.

Word is that Prokhorov wants the Nets to stop taking on salary so he can sell the team in a few years... Those unprotected Nets picks (plus right to swap with them when we don't have their picks) could end up being gold.

You can have the Clippers 2015 1st rounder but keep dreaming on getting one of the Nets picks

Giving up Rondo, possibly the #6 pick, and who knows what else seems like a lot to move up 5 picks... I'd rather keep #6 and trade Rondo for a package around the #8 pick and try to walk out of the draft with two of Smart, Gordon, Randle

This is assuming the Love deal is off the table, and if Danny can't get an impact player then you move Green, Rondo, and (hopefully) Gerald Wallace

That's exactly why I'd ask for it, the Cavs giving up the first pick in this draft requires more than just the 6th from the Celtics. The Celtics could potentially get a superstar, that should be worth more to them than just the 6th pick.....

The Cavs are a big and a 6th man away from being Toronto/Washington status.

They were very bad last season. Very bad. Washington has Wall and Beal... Cleveland doesn't have a second person on that level at all. Toronto has a well balanced roster, the Cavs don't have that either.

That's pretty shytty for the Cavs to be honest.

The 4 and 12 is better than the 6th and 8th.

In this draft... BY A MILE.

How is it better? Who would you want at 4 that you can't get at 6? If Embiid makes it out the top three, he'll slip til 6th anyways... Plus the 8th pick >>>>>>> the 12th pick
