-We have another trade. Orlando is sending Dario Saric, the 12th pick, to Philadelphia for Elfrid Payton, the 10th pick. The Sixers get to stash a really talented player on their long rebuild and the Magic get their new point guard with Jameer Nelson on the downside of his career. Payton will form a dynamic backcourt with Victor Oladipo.

8:50 p.m. Eastern

-We just said the shooting in Denver was redundant and now we have a trade, our first of the night. Denver is sending Doug McDermott to Chicago for the 16th and 19th picks. The Bulls got a really good shooter and McDermott won’t really have to create his own shot if Derrick Rose is healthy and Joakim Noah is attracting attention down low. I like the addition for Chicago.
