Brian Kelly, stoops, and Garry Patterson are arguably there too. The rest are 'the field' with various standouts like Art Bryles, dabo, les, Bill snyder, Dantonio, etc

Hard to disagree. That said those top two have some space between the rest.

Oh no doubt. Skill wise, size of population and overall rankings, Louisiana consistently puts out talent. They are probably only second to California which trounces them in size of population. Florida has its share too but enough schools where recruits can still pick and get some shine whereas in Louisiana its usually LSU or nothing at all.
