Jalen Reeves-Maybin is 2nd in the nation in tackles right now (recorded 21 tackles vs. Oklahoma). Darrin Kirkland Jr. and Austin Smith are TRUE FRESHMEN who'll be starting the rest of the season. Both beat out upperclassmen to start because of their speed and explosiveness.

Very talented trio. Could be viewed as the best LB crew in the nation at this time next year.
