It doesn't matter. AJ could've been better than Blake at practice. You can't go off of practice performance. Cardale was 3rd string because those other 2 QBs could hit homeruns with their feet.

Its not like JT was good yesterday. Cardale had no business getting benched.

If you ever played sports before you know there are players who shine in practice and then there are players who always show up in games.

But, to answer your question. Braxton and JT obviously fit the system. Cardale balled the fukk out when he got his chance.
