Plus I know they'res a lot of bad qb play in college too and both college and the pro game are built around the qb but it can be worked around a little with some gimmick play calling and pace

Yesterday trying to watch these nfl games with a bunch of backups because of all the qb injuries the games were literally unwatchable

The thing about cfb and why it trumps the nfl, and while it will for the foreseeable future is that you can be dominate without having a top notch all everything qb. Teams can still be built around a rb amd defense, or you can run an offense that hides your qb. The Nfl doesn't really allow you to do that anymore. It's too easy to pass. Everyone basically runs the same style offense. shyt is boring and honestly not that entertaining to watch most times.

But he basically talked about how Deshaun isn't a top qb and is only a game manager and how our offense is so so and he goes against better in practice. Reading it I was like he's just talking to talk...but when I listened to his Mike Tyson sounding ass I realized he "i was academically ineligible last year" ass better be ready to back up the talk.

I had to remind them that UMASS, Texas and UVA all ranked 100th or worse in Defense. GT is around the 50's and none of those teams had a good d-line at all. I'm not saying anything else.

Calling anything outside of what Russell said trash talk is a major reach.

ND hasn't played a great team yet, but every team Clemson has played so far is trash so we have no idea how good they are.

And outside of GT...who have y'all played? Texas and UVA rank at the bottom offensively and defensively. Hell App St. is rated hired than them. UMass prior to playing y'all was giving up 500yds a game so y'all gashing them wasn't a surprise considering they are nearly last in the nation defensively. Outside of beating GT...Louisville would be 3-1 with y'all same schedule right now. So really y'all haven't played anyone either.

Texas is not a bad team. If their kicker and punter didn't fukk up in the last two games they could've beat Cal and OK St. UVA and UMass suck so I agree with you there.

We'll find out a lot about both teams Saturday and it's hard to get a feel for how the game will go. If we won by 20 or lost by 20 I wouldn't be surprised.
